We want you to love what you receive from Aura and Attire. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our policy below.

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return is denied (due to damage, use, or missing tags), we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
